#6: So, I stopped going to class.

Larissa Muir is an active disrupter in the social services sector. She is highly client centred with an appetite for change and has a strong belief in people … especially to determine their own destiny. But how did she get there?

When you’re bought up in a traditional Russian patriarchal family environment and your life direction is part of a family expectation, things seem pretty straight forward…but for Larissa that was not the case.

In her words, this is what happened:-

“ I was going to University …

I was at UWA doing a human movement course …

I’m really hating it …hating turning up …hating going to class …

So, I stopped going to class !!! “

What happened over the next few years were unconventional, but really defining for Larissa.
